Access to the observation deck involves walking uphill and downhill. Please wear suitable footwear and take care on snowy or icy paths.

The illumination event is scheduled from 17:30 to 19:30. Please follow the tour schedule and the staff’s instructions.
- Online reservations only. Reservations by telephone are not accepted.
- Maximum of 6 passengers per reservation.
- Payment is required immediately after booking. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled automatically.
- The bus has no onboard toilet. Please use the restroom before departure.
- Buses depart on schedule. Please arrive at the boarding point early.
- Course A does not include an observation deck ticket.
- Course S includes observation deck admission. Access involves walking on potentially snowy or icy paths.
- 11 days or more before departure: ¥500 per person
- 10–8 days before departure: 20% of the tour price
- 7 days to 1 day before departure: 30% of the tour price
- On the day of departure, up to 2 hours before departure: 50% of the tour price
- Less than 2 hours before departure: 100% of the tour price
